Tell us a bit about your business. How do you use WordPress?

We built a plugin for WordPress that allows site owners to manage all aspects of event management and registration.

Why WordPress?

Hello! It is the easiest to use CMS platform (oops! I mean Blogging platform) ever.

Why did you decide to get involved and sponsor WordCamp Cape Town 2011?

Because all the cool kids are going to be there. Really, we just love WordPress and WordCamp and do all we can to make it better, anywhere in the world.

What are your thoughts on the WordPress community as a whole? And the South African WP community?

We love everything about WordPress and it’s millions of users all over the world. The community is very strong as well as engaged, more so than any other CMS/Blog platform. The South African WP community seems to have quite a few talented developers and a community figures.

What are you most looking forward to at WordCamp Cape Town?

The sessions look amazing.

Who in the WordPress community inspires you? Who do you follow?

Adii of WooThemes. He is an amazing person and has brought a lot of good to WordPress. I also follow Carl Hancock of Gravity Forms. He really done a great job with Gravity Forms and their overall customer support etc.

What is the most exciting improvement to WordPress that you have noticed in the last year?

I love the menu system and overall speed improvements they have made.

Where do you see WordPress 2 years from now?

I see the WP user base increasing substantially
